This presentation is geared to individuals who have oversight over their organization’s retirement plan, such as Board Members, CEOs, Executive Directors, Head of School, CFOs, Business Managers and HR staff.


As a plan administrator you have specific fiduciary administrative duties you must adhere to in order to stay in compliance with ERISA, DOL and IRS regulations. This presentation will help you understand and establish a documented procedure to review, evaluate and satisfy specific fiduciary functions.


Chris Conway, ChFC, is Senior Regional Vice President of Mutual of America. He has over 20 years of experience as a nonprofit 401(k) & 403(b) retirement plan consultant and has completed FINRA Series 6, Series 63 and Series 26 requirements.

Ross Polakoff is an Account Representative of Mutual of America’s Hawaii office. He joined Mutual of America in 2016 and has 7 years’ prior experience in the financial services industry. He has completed FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 requirements and holds an applicable insurance license in Hawaii.
