Alumni Relations Engagement Strategies

The Alumni Relations Engagement Strategies Workshop is Full. Please email Megan Polak to be added to the waitlist. 

Who should attend? Those involved in alumni relations, including development directors, advancement officers & heads of school.

This workshop will explore best practices on how to harness the power of your existing alumni communities and identify new networks that represent engagement opportunities for your organizations. The event is offered in partnership with the Hawaii Association of Independent Schools and the Association of Fundraising Professionals and will provide an opportunity to network with peers, learn from thought-leaders in the alumni and advancement sectors, and walk away with actionable strategies to strengthen your alumni network and achieve school priorities.

Rooted in critical thinking and using design thinking strategies, participants will create an action plan for unlocking differentiated, personalized and individualized learning for their own learning environments.  

During this workshop, participants can expect to: 
- Gain a better understanding about the thinking behind the personalized learning revolution.
- Delve into the core concepts associated with personalized learning and learner variability.
- Take a deeper dive into imagining and building a program.
- Create an individualized action plan to implement in their classroom.
