Concrete Tools for Unpacking Complex Problems: How to Lead for Equity and Other Challenges in a PBL Setting How can we use improvement science to develop robust project based learning cultures in our classrooms and schools? In this interactive workshop, participants will use the versatile tools of Improvement science - including empathy interviews, fishbone diagrams, and interrelationship digraphs - to dig into a problem of practice. Participants will leave with protocols and tools they can use with students and colleagues to help foster a learning culture and guide systematic improvement in their own context. This workshop is designed for change-makers at all levels-teachers, school/district leaders.
